Tom is a real estate sales professional and residential mortgage agent (Lending #) located in Guelph, Ontario. He is the Managing Director of the TVH Real Estate Group, and believes having a license to sell real estate as well as residential mortgages fuels a vertically integrated business that creates opportunities for his clients.Tom is a passionate volunteer throughout the rugby community in both Guelph and Brantford, serving as the Assistant Coach on the Men's Rugby Team at the University of Guelph, Board of Directors member for the Brantford Harlequins Rugby Football Club (2015-present), and has been a partner of the Toronto Arrows Rugby Football Club (Major League Rugby) since 2021.He was born and raised in Hespeler, Ontario, playing all sports growing up and being active in the community. His interests include golf, rugby and hockey as well as spending time with family as often as possible. Tom is a veteran of Major League Rugby playing with the Toronto Arrows from 2018-2020.Prior to this, Tom spent a handful of years in the IT industry, several of which were focused on Project Management and leadership. He specialized in managing high priority projects and driving initiatives, while delivering quality products and solutions to meet business needs. Tom has extensive experience as an Agile practitioner, delivering multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders at various levels from senior management to front-line staff in both Agile and Waterfall environments. During this time, he was quite fervent about using agile techniques, tools, and practices to deliver value for stakeholders through technology delivery improvements.
