Currently working at Railsport as an in company fitness operational manager, which is located at the headoffice of NS. My job is to make sure employees are able to work and improve on their health. I set myself a high standard of welcoming members and providing them a safe and enjoyable space where they can work on their health. I consider myself well educated within fitness (Fitvak A, B, Medical Fitness, Personal training, Movement coach). My experience consist of having worked as a Medical fitness instructor at a rehabilitation center together with many physical/manual therapists. Supervised interns for their fitness education. Gave conditioning training for employees from the Dutch firedepartment. At Railsport I'm also part of Be Fit, where several coaches with different specialties support groups of employees to get/maintain a healthier lifestyle.
