Developed the Loss Prevention program from the ground up. Built internal staff while partnering with key vendors to support over 450 stores doing more than $3 billion in sales. Total staff included 6 RLPM's and over 80 in store positions, as well as corporate support. Supervised complete program that included internal audit, internal investigations and shoplifting apprehensions. Scheduled and supervised bi-yearly inventory. Worked closely with vendors regarding Civil Demand recovery and Store greeter program. Reported directly to the President of the company.

Supervise 10 Salaried LPM's in a District doing over $200,000,000 in sales volume.

Manage LP program in 3 stores doing a combined $150,000,000 in sales.
