Managed Clinical Practice programs, Quality Management System, and Regulatory Compliance with 200+ associates in an 80K square foot front-end pharmacy. Implemented pharmaceutical clinical review operation for Diabetes and Neuroscience specialties entitled the "Therapeutic Resource Centers" from ground up which involved recruiting and training 220 FTE staff.
