Additional retail operations included exporting to franchise operations in Asia and South America. Campus was also responsible for all Asian imports totaling 5500+ containers annually. Responsible for talent recruitment and retainment of team members. Partnered with HBP's and leadership team on hiring and training requirements based on budget, volume, and growth needs.
