I am adept at multitasking and operating in many different aspects of our company from customer service to new business development. Part of my responsibilities include implementing new policies, writing reports and evaluating the data. I look for ways to reduce costs associated with order entry errors. I am also part of the inside technical sales team where I assist customers with technical inquiries regarding our products and processes. Part of my job includes maintaining our CRM software program and implement the necessary changes to enhance our current processes. I create and run monthly sales reports to provide critical data to our outside sales representatives for new business development. I research potential business partners, make the initial contact to gauge their interest, and arrange for an outside sales rep to visit. I am fully capable of handling every aspect of the sales process from researching and onboarding new business partners to technical assistance and order entry.

I was an in store sales associate for swimming pools, pool tables, and hot tubs. I also installed and serviced all three items. My last two years at Pool Nation, I was the manager of a store.
