Provided class instruction and trained volunteer coaches on how to better instruct classes. Developed curriculum for both adult and children jiu jitsu programs. Instructed numerous women's self defense classes. Participated in various community outreach programs to help build business relationships, and bring awareness to the community on the importance of self defense and situational awareness.

Provided patient assessments and treatments to help develop patient's mobility and quality of life, these included but not limited too: range of motion exercises, muscle therapy, other various treatments. Assisted with basic office duties of scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient charts, and inventory of supplies. Pioneered a new program to provide local manufacturing facilities with assessments of work stations for repetitive motion injuries, providing stretching programs, while also providing care to employees. This program saw local manufacturing facilities decrease OSHA recordables while improving employee retention.
