Working with a Chinese company that Speedline Tech uses to outsource the Momentum machine to ensure that they have the current bill of materials, process documents, drawings and checklists. Using MFG/Pro to make any needed engineering changes (i.e. creating or revising bill of materials and revising any documentation). Trained in 80/20, MRD, USa, in lining and 5 S processes. • Saved over $700,000 across several product lines as a result of implementing new process changes. • Reduced time to build by more than 20% • Changed 80% of the hardware used to pre loctited hardware to save time and ensure proper loctite was used on the correct hardware. This stopped any complaints in the field of loose hardware.• Worked with several teams to simplify the product release process and simplify the release of new software changes• Using value stream mapping and lean manufacturing to set up manufacturing line for optimum performance.• Led several teams to simplify or create a new process; i.e. software release, new product release, audit work station time reduction, public drive 5S….. -
