I helped these brands elevate the Customer Experience and be consistently recognised amongst the most customer-centric organisations in the country.I then moved to leading a global team, working with the strategic hospitality clients across multiple territories, including McDonald's, Domino's and Starbucks. Working with c-suite audiences, I helped develop CX and EX strategies affecting hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of customers every day.My work led to the personal award of the SMG Global Innovation Award in 2022 - One of only a handful of such awards during the preceeding decade. HPI Research was the largest independent Market Research company in the UK, specialising in brand and advertising research on both a tracking and ad hoc basis.Having moved from continuous research I quickly grasped ad hoc methodologies and processes, moving to Associate Partner and then Partner, managing major accounts within the business. I learnt and managed the entire research process from set-up, through to delivery to senior stakeholders within clients' businesses.I worked with a range of brands including McDonalds, Mercedes, Auto Trader and O2 across both tracking and ad hoc basis. Notable projects included a global audience segmentation for Sony and the subsequent cascade to the business, as well as leading the vast majority of the brand and comms research conducted by Sainsbury's for over 5 years.I also set up HPI Proactive, a public health and sports arm of HPI, which delivered life-changing work to a range of organisations including Swim England and London Sport.

Kantar Worldpanel Fashion is the market leader in providing purchasing and consumer based market research to the major Fashion retailers and brands across Great Britain.Since joining Kantar as a graduate, I was quickly promoted to Client Manager within 2 years, becoming one of the youngest Client Managers across the division. In my time at Kantar I took responsibility of 5 of the top 10 fashion retailers in the UK as well as major sports brands, including M&S, Tesco, Primark and Puma.
