I strive to be working on challenging new projects using all the latest software and equipment. In my spare time I have taken on personal projects in order to familiarise myself with the newest technologies and techniques. Doing so I've been able to integrate everything I've learnt from my various interests, from my early days in music and audio through to my engineering and film-making.I've always enjoyed and felt a sense of pride for work that I've done. I'm interested in developing all my skills with people who can share and challenge my interests.

Design EngineerCadac Holding Ltd Jan 2009 - Sep 2014My role at Cadac is hardware, firmware and software design for Cadac's new flagship "CDC eight" live audio mixing console.I am responsible for the original and current circuit board designs that make up the control surface, on which future designs are based. I also wrote the majority of the microprocessor firmware currently operating on those boards that deal with user interaction and audio setup.I am also responsible for the USB interfacing between the control surface hardware and the host computer. This is .NET4.5 based windows applications and Win32 based driver interaction. -

This culminated in a submission to the reed.co.uk short film competition "Case File No.42". I am currently working on 2 music video projects for the band I'm playing bass guitar for, "Chroma".
