I have more than 30 years of experience as a problem-solver and technology leader in Large Scale Secure Networking, Cyber Systems, Cyber Risk Management, Cloud Computing and Information Technologies for commercial and defense markets. I have been a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) since 2003.
 
Throughout my career I have received numerous awards for technical innovation and for commitment to customers. I have been instrumental in the development of numerous cyber defense solutions and architectures for large-scale, classified, mission-critical systems of the US Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. I am also the co-inventor of L3Harris' patented cyber risk quantification method - an innovative, evidence-based measurement of cyber risk to corporate finances and reputation, designed to provide executives with actionable financial data to inform prudent risk policy.
