Balance encompasses my passion for assessment and my life long drive to help teachers reduce their workload; finding a work/life balance. I'm a former DHT of an outstanding school and currently a Specialist Leader in Education for formative assessment. As an educational consultant and assessment specialist, I have worked with key professionals in the world of assessment over the last 7 years. My research and experience of classroom practice places me perfectly to understand the needs of teachers across the country.
