While working for Marvins Bars I worked my way up to being the acting general manager and with this my main responsibilities where completing weekly rotas for all of the staff in the venue, figuring out and send off the venues payroll each week, do a stock order as well as an appliances order each week, hold a weekly training session for all the staff on cocktail making and knowledge and also making sure the venue ran smoothly each shift and hit its weekly targets while working closely with the owner.
