I'm a successful organization builder with over 25 years' experience in leading service, operations and sales, the majority in Senior Leadership roles. My greatest career achievements have been in the investment and development of others, helping people realize their potential and expand horizons further than they thought possible. Early work in retail banking taught me a lot about connecting members and customers with ideas, services and products that improve lives. My passion has always been to teach others to do the same, and to build organizations capable of carrying that passion forward.
