Commercial Banking Project Manager, Specialized Finance

• Manage trade cycle including settlements and various life cycle transactions• Manage collateral process including tracking of existing collateral held and instruction of new collateral pledged or received• Reconcile and transact daily margin movements with various counterparties and custodian banks• Management of outstanding trade and reconciliation breaks• Assist in new account on-boarding with both internal and external business partners and clients• Provide reporting of collateral and exposures• Monitor and implement changes in regulatory and market practices.• Perform reporting and risk mitigation processes to meet regulatory requirements• Ensure suitable procedures and controls for all processes• Communicate with various parties such as counterparties and custodians to follow-up on collateral related matters• Conduct analysis that will help identify opportunities to more efficiently and effectively manage margin processes.• Perform reporting and risk mitigation processes to meet regulatory requirements.

Assist with various International Regional monthly business reviews/analysis, including:- Preparing quarterly key product P&Ls- Preparing export profitability analysis- Ad-hoc analysis on regional business profitability- Ad-hoc country, product, sales channel analysis- Utilize SAP, Adaptive Planning (internal reporting tool) and excel to collect data and prepare reports, including preparing pricing and cost analysis.- Supporting brokerage reviewAssist with monthly reporting requirements for corporateAssist with financial forecasting and budgeting analysis for various International countriesAssist with acquisition/investment analysis- Consolidating information from the markets ' including P&L's, assumptions, capital investment, savings initiatives and SG&A.- Analytical reviews of plans to test for reasonableness vs. trends.Communicating with Global Finance and Corporate Teams including sharing analysis that has been completed, requesting additional information and clarifications.

•Creates quantifiable, attainable, and well-structured goals for the chapter as to comply with National Headquarter requirements for financial and operation functionality•Presides over all general brother and Executive Board meetings using the Robert's Rules of Order to keep a steady and efficient flow to the gathering•Supervise the implementation of a carefully planned recruitment strategy to successfully market Pi Sigma Epsilon to the 35,000 students on campus through various advertising tools•Delegates responsibilities to Executive Board members and ensures each member understands their role and responsibilities within the organization

Create and coordinate Finance Project to raise money for the chapter and to increase presence on campus. Work to develop and structure a budget for the chapter to follow and organize functional processes for communication within chapter to discuss future financial goals, payment deadlines and new fundraising concepts.

The most important responsibility for Delta Techs is achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality.Successfully performed the responsibilities of the position and had a great attitude, excellent communication skills, customer service oriented, adhered to all safety regulations with a strong work ethic to meet the physical demands of this position.

Through Pi Sigma Epsilon I worked cooperatively with Wingfest's founder and staff to create and implement a marketing plan that appealed to area colleges, specifically to the University at Buffalo and its thirty thousand students.I also volunteered at the festival itself assisting in all aspects including but not limited to: set up, food and beverage distribution, and social media.

•Inform City Habitants of new mayoral recycling plan and marketing strategy, receive feedback regarding the plan and its effectiveness in questionnaire format•Enforce City dog licensing ordinance, compile lists of homes which have properly licensed pets and inspect other properties for signs of dogs•Record addresses of unlicensed dogs and inform owners of the necessary procedure to obtain a license, as well as its inherent value

Provide research and perform both simple and complex office duties in a timely and professional manner. This includes interacting with different offices within City Hall as well as updating data bases, writing formal responses, etc.

Handle customer service reproducing original documents for both students and teachers alike while also operating a cash register.
