Focusing on Northwest Florida since 2002, and leading CBRE’s entry and growth in the market area since 2016, I proactively represent clients in leasing, buying and selling commercial real estate assets in Pensacola, Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Panama City, Tallahassee, and all points between, having led over $1 billion in transaction activity throughout the Florida Panhandle in all major real estate asset types, and in roles from consultant to principal to advisor/broker. A background in finance, research & consulting, and land development has given me a grounding in all major property segments, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and the hospitality/resort sectors, which provides a strategic perspective on the overall growth and associated opportunities of the expanding Florida Panhandle region. With a broad and deep understanding of the markets and variety of product types, my clients benefit from having a strategic advisor who truly understands their business and the opportunities that best fit their requirements.In addition to my professional life in the Florida Panhandle, I am a graduate of Florida State University where I majored in Finance, have resided with my family in Grayton Beach since 2001, and serve my community as a volunteer and as a past or present Board member in a number of organizations including the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, The Seaside School, the Children’s Volunteer Health Network, and others.
