In a highly varied role, I am responsible for leading our global inclusive leadership programme, our inclusion-related analytics and insights, our employee engagement strategy through our colleague networks, and our global neurodiversity strategy. I take the lead on thought leadership, keeping abreast of the latest inclusion-related research, best practices, and legislative changes. I also project manage communication workstreams including our I&D awareness day events and our 'EveryoneIn' diversity data collection campaign. I Co-chaired our Enabling You colleague network that focuses on disability and mental health from 2019-2022, and co-authored our Trans policy that was published in 2024. I have supported the delivery of our global mental health, bullying harassment, and victimisation, and psychological safety strategies. Seconded to the People Analytics team as a Culture and Inclusion Analyst in 2024.

I was responsible for implementing the IoPPN Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. I monitored our progress against our D&I commitments including the Athena SWAN Award, Race Equality Charter and Stonewall Workplace Equality Index. I oversaw activity across our D&I committee, working groups, colleague networks and other D&I functions.

I developed a series of learning programmes to support disadvantaged students into and throughout higher education, aimed at building their social and cultural capital. I led social mobility internships, mentoring programmes and academic summer schools. I established partnerships with high-profile corporates to support our interventions including Barclays, Mayer Brown LLP and EY. I also developed the King's Advocate Award and School Governor Network as learning programmes to enhance the skills and confidence of teachers, school governors and social workers across London to become leaders in social mobility.

I project managed large-scale events aimed at supporting under-represented groups into university, including open days, campus and school-based learning and development programmes and residential summer schools. I recruited and managed over 250 student employees as part of the University's student ambassador programme.

I designed and delivered a programme of learning interventions for young people from under-represented backgrounds to support access to higher education and elite professions. My work formed part of the Newcastle University social mobility strategy. My varied role included delivering learning interventions, public speaking assignments, developing relationships with schools and charities, social media, managing student teams for social mobility events, and leading specialist events for vulnerable groups including those living with disabilities.
