Permanent fixes to long standing quality issues with pretreatment going back many years. I apply my technical knowledge and skills in multiple coating technologies, including liquid base/clear systems, phosphate, and electrocoat, to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that improve quality, performance, and sustainability. While travelling and managing accounts on a global scale, I secured multi-year multi-million-dollar sales agreements, and handled all aspects of account management, from CPU and inventory to forecasting and continuous improvement. I am also certified in Salesforce, a leading CRM platform, and have completed training courses on high performance habits.
