Hi, I am Tom Welsh and thank you for taking the time to look at my summary.I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (tm) and earned my Financial Planning Certificate from Georgetown University in 2010. I completed the steps to achieve the CFP Board's education, examination, experience and ethical requirements. I also completed the CFP Board's certification requirements and comply with their continuing education to use the CFP(R) marks.Prior to entering the financial planning profession, I worked at IBM and then Siemens in senior management positions. My years at IBM and Siemens offered me extensive training in related disciplines such as problem solving, project management, decision making, interpersonal skills, finance and good listening.I joined Pegasus Financial Group in 2012. My approach to clients is to take a broader look at your financial situation and to create short/long term goals with action plans to meet your objectives. We can discuss any concerns you may have regarding taxes, selecting insurance, managing investments, timing retirement or developing estate plans. Quite simply, I feel that I am an informed resource that gives you confidence to make financial decisions.
