Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and providing a high level of customer service whilst growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers.Managing customers on a regular call cycle, as well as managing the sales budget through complete and effective territory management, including selling add-on solutions for our customers.Devising unique solutions for customers as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and dispensing systems. Also conducting training sessions to ensure our customers are using our solutions and equipment effectively and safely.

- Manage quarantine and stock movements of non-conforming products within Australia/New Zealand- Liaise with distribution centres to ensure correct actions are taken with regard to product quarantine, withdrawal and rectification.- Conduct analysis of QA issues to ensure corrective actions are taken as required

- Oversee Quality Assurance and commissioning administration for the project.- Client management and ensuring a healthy relationship was maintained with all parties,- Writing and submitting QA documentation (including ITCs/ITPs, Project Quality Plan, Commissioning Plan, etc) for approval and completed documents for works completed,- Managing and addressing of defective and non-conforming work, ensuring solutions are implemented in a timely manner and that non-conformances do not recur,- Arrange procurement of materials and submission of samples for approval by clients,- Representing CDC in audits and site inspections, and addressing any resulting queries,- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, Australian Standards, and Building Code of Australia.

- Conduct inspections of works undertaken and address quality issues and documentation,- Regular meetings with the client and other stakeholders to ensure the continued strong relationship,- Manage the addressing of all defect issues, negotiating solutions with subcontractors and selling them to the client,STUDY AND WORK EXPERIENCE- Deal with requests for information from clients and contractors,- Coordinate contractors with works to be carried out on site,- Assist Project Manager and Site Superintendent with the day to day running of the building site,- Document control for a large volume of drawings and reports, etc, including daily use of Aconex.- Planning a works schedule for the upcoming week.
