I was responsiblefor meeting and admitting all of the hospitals surgical patients, I also had to meet and greet the hospitals clinic patients.In addition to this I managed the telephone lines which received well over 150 calls per day ensuring that all calls werediverted through to the relevant departments. I was often praised by surgeons, anaesthetists and nurses for my flexibility,good team working skills and organisation.
