Then, we design customized systems and combine them with the most suitable products to protect their people, facilities, and reputations.My JourneyI was first introduced to the life safety and security industry over 30 years ago when I was an apprentice in the low-voltage field. I learned the ins and outs of the industry and went on to become a limited energy technician. Within a 10-year period, I worked my way up to a project management role. Over the next decade of working in a regional manager role where I travelled all over the US, I went into the restaurant industry and became a franchise owner. It was a great experience and an invaluable learning opportunity, but eventually, I was ready to return to my roots.In 2015, I joined Absco Solutions. Over the years, I’ve held a number of titles, including General Manager and Director of Sales. Since 2022, I’ve had the privilege to serve as Corporate President.TodayEvery morning I wake up with one primary goal: to create an environment where people truly enjoy coming to work every day. I believe that collective intelligence surpasses what any individual is capable of achieving alone. That belief has shaped my consultative and collaborative leadership approach.I’m also committed to making sure things are done correctly and everyone is rowing in the same direction.
