I was brought in to guide the Global RPS TA team through our acquisition by Tetra tech moving from a 5000 (people) to being part of a 25,000 + business. Post acquisition I have been asked to widen my role working across the Global Tetra tech group on a number of key Strategic projects with a focus on improving the experiences of our people and candidates.

• Brought into lead the recruitment function in a time of complex change for the business• Managed a team of 15 to deliver in excess of 1000 hires per annum• Led on all Senior hiring and executive search mandates• Managed the RPO Relationship with Hays talent solutions for all Temporary recruitment support

I was brought in to conduct a review of the current Permanent recruitment model and approach to senior hiring to assess the approach and provide the European board with future options that aligned with the key global talent strategies that have been set following the appointment of the new CPO.The Review was extensive covering the fitness of our current RPO provider, costs vs value add, future resource requirements & alignment to a new operating model for HRI also led the TA Function with the support of 2 existing RPO Providers (Circa16 FTE) to deliver both permanent and interim recruitment solutions in excess of 500 hires over a 10-month period across Europe.

I head up the Resourcing Function at DAC Beachcroft , my role is to be the strategic lead on resourcing for the firm, Utilising my passion for a great candidate experience and improving all elements of candidate attraction, selection, assessment and retention . With over 2,300 people, DAC Beachcroft combines one of the most comprehensive UK legal networks with coverage across Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia-Pacific. We provide a full service claims, transactional, commercial, risk and advisory capability. At the Association of Colleges I head up our resourcing function who offer a first class service to colleges across the UK, our services include Executive Search, Senior Interim management , consultancy services as well as our own industry leading Job board. The main focus of my role is offering both strategic direction to the department and most importantly leadership and development opportunities for my fantastic team.

The overall purpose of my role at Grant Thornton is to manage and constantly develop the standard of recruitment delivery through our outsource provider Omni , ensuring we identify and attract the best talent in the market to Grant Thornton. People with the capability to deliver our strategy, grow our business and who have a diversity of perspective to drive quality thinking. In my time with the firm I've also had the opportunity to lead on a number of major projects to develop and improve the service we offer our business and most importantly our candidates.

I joined JLL on an interim basis to create the recruitment strategy and lead on the delivery of all hires for their newly won contract with HSBC across EMEA. This project was extremely challenging with many business critical deadlines to meet alongside strict budgets to work within but despite this we managed to move from a previously 100% reliance agencies down to 10% through developing strong networks (Internal and external) and focusing on a direct sourcing approach.

I joined Becoming green on a interim basis to deliver a number of key senior hires needed to support the business in a rapid time of growth and also create a recruitment team and strategy to manage the recruitment needs of the business going forward.

In this role I managed the head office recruiment for following Functions: New Business, Online, Digital Channels, Performance &, Customer Operations.

In this role I was responsible for driving and managing the T-Mobile recruitment strategy for the South West & London regions of the Retail estate (circa 150 stores nationwide), delivering over 400 volume hires per year.
