As an event site manager for 10 years and now as a company director I’m proud to deliver events in the UK and around the world. I’ve enjoyed working on a variety of shows; from Ceremonies and Festivals to TV. This has led to managing sites in all kinds of locations including the Mojave Deserts and the Arctic Circle. By taking learnings from all of these experiences and combining that with industry recognised qualifications, I make sure I’m always moving forward achieving more and delivering better results. That experience has made me; - Adept in site design, specialising in new sites and complex locations. - Skilled in managing, tracking and controlling event build schedules. - Able to confidently and creatively present to clients and senior management.- At ease working closely with key stakeholders including, local authorities, venue management and sponsors. - Confident in planning and implementing the installation, maintenance and recovery of event infrastructure whilst working to best practise health and safety.- Able to multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Accomplished in technical advancing, site management and managing budgets.
