Administered maintenance and quality assurance programs onboard the submarine. Directly responsible for reactor plant chemistry and for the safe operation of the engineering.

Commander Navy Reserve Forces Command, Norfolk, Virginia Area

Led a team composed of military and civilian contractors in the development, operation, maintenance, and deployment of a $1.4 Million Navy Reserve Readiness Module (NRRM) software program used to monitor and report organizational readiness and spearheaded the upgrade release of Version 3.0, along with seven iteration (build) releases as Program Manager.

Provided manpower, personnel, training, and education support to the Navy Expeditionary Combat Enterprise. Manages the assignment and placement of Civil Engineering Corps, Explosive Ordnance, Foreign Area, and Public Affairs officers.
