Ensuring proportionate, safe and timely Police response to every imaginable type of incident, allocation and real time management of people and other resources.Substantial experience of supervising the control room, assisting senior officers with critical incident management (real time risk assessment), working spontaneous and planned events and developing specialist knowledge and experience in order to facilitate the work of the force.Resource planning and management for a team of approximately 30 people with different and varying specialisms.Use of national and local bespoke computer systems.Secondment to a specialist team tasked with analysis of performance, from initial reports through to investigation and end user experience, reporting to Chief Officer Team.
