• Conducting transit feasibility studies for Caledon, LaSalle, and Simcoe County. Service started in LaSalle in 2017, in Simcoe County in 2018, and in Caledon in 2019.
• Leading the first phase of GO Transit's station access plan (2015/16)
• Designing the routes and implementation phasing for Durham Region Transit's 2013 Five Year Transit Service Plan, with many proposed service changes implemented since.

• IBI Group's transportation planning team provides services to public and private sector clients covering the movement of people and goods. My major achievements included:
• Designing and creating a bespoke revenue and ridership model in MS Access for GO Transit, the inter-regional transit operator for greater Toronto. The model was used by the client to forecast the effects of a loyalty.
• Identifying how the bus route network would need to be changed before, during and after construction of am LRT in Hamilton. I evaluated the likely impacts of construction on existing services and how to mitigate them.
• Devising the optimum location and configuration for a future multi-modal hub at Toronto Pearson Airport. I identified and evaluated candidate site locations, optimised the hub’s configuration to balance the needs of.
• Drafting the routes and types of roadway-based bikeways for the Town of Whitby’s Cycling and Leisure Trails Masterplan. I also created maps of the plans (now part of the Town’s Official Plan review), and adapted draft.
• Assessing the parking demand and existing parking supply for a new CFL stadium near Hamilton’s waterfront. I also evaluated the effects of the potential mitigation measures. In a separate study at GO Transit’s.

• Designing, constructing and validating highway models with SATURN, a specialist software package. I used these models to study the effects of potential road upgrades, new light rail lines or new development; and to.
• Providing advice and support to Centro (the West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive) on their work to implement the English national concessionary travel scheme. The scheme uses smart card ticketing to provide free.
• Utilising nested choice logit modelling to predict the usage split between available transport modes. I both created entirely new models and updated or refined existing models.
• Creating and evaluating business cases for new transport schemes – for example, a new railway station at Buckshaw Village, Lancashire. Included delivering quantified risk assessments using Monte Carlo simulation.
