Operations Team Leader with 17+ years experience.My responsibilities are to create efficient working practices and achieve KPI’s by building successful teams in nuclear operations. Some of my biggest achievements are: ✅ Saving millions of lost power generation with plant configuration management. ✅ Improvements to human performance tools to minimise risk to plant and staff safety. ✅ Working with WANO (World Association Of Nuclear Operations) to enhance plant monitoring inline with our leadership and safety values. ✅ Over 4 large plant projects and installation of conventional plant systems to help the company save 1000’s of pounds. ✅ Delivering projects with my team to improve our emergency scheme operations in the event of an emergency.Additionally, I’m a proud dad of 4 sons and enjoy Jiu Jitsu in my spare time to challenge myself physically and mentally. I also enjoy seeing the world with my wife and experimenting with cooking on the side. Finally I'm passionate about improving peoples lives and solving problems through leadership.
