CurrentTom Wisdom, I am a Texan by birth, by experience and mindset. A designer and builder disciplined in School of Architecture at the University of Houston in the early 1960s. My profession has taken me to fascinating and enjoyable places. Houston and then Dallas provided the setting for the realization of a satisfying career and fulfillment of many family goals. One of those goals was history. Family genealogy efforts provided great pleasure in finding and sharing family history facts with my extended family. That information along with family stories from many generations provided the impetus for this novel. The book’s writing came in sporadic efforts starting in 1993 but once I retired and time presented the momentum to finish it. The book hopefully will entertain readers, and document a portion of our history and share many family stories. So my wish is that you read, get lost in, and enjoy Hang Fire.
