I have been in the selling profession since my childhood - and this early focus has allowed me to continually hone my competitive spirit. My 17 years at Schwaab were some of the most enjoyable, as it was true canvass business-to-business selling. I trained and sold with salespeople in 28 different states, testing my mettle in hundreds of local territories. Over those years, I hired dozens of salespeople and managers in both expansion and mature markets. Developing future leaders was an emphasis I am very proud of.My position at Hartford Finishing was quite different and just as enjoyable. Our industry required much more of a relationship process, with a smaller geographic area and larger more interactive customers. Our rapid growth during my tenure was a testament to a "customer first" sales approach. Overall, sales increased from $9MM to nearly $50MM during my tenure at Hartford Finishing.Keder Solutions provided yet another twist - manufacturing and selling products worldwide. My position included managing a sales team in a high growth environment, and setting up international distributors in key markets. During my time at Keder Solutions, overall sales increased 75%.My current position at Waukesha Foundry wraps all three previous positions into one. As a company known for its expertise in high alloy castings and complex geometries, our customers expect nothing but the best from us. Customers rely on Waukesha Foundry to be intimately involved with their needs, and provide the necessary service to manage their parts. My abilities and accomplishments feed my desire for future success, and I look forward to these challenges. My long term goal is to have more control over the future in my business life and have a greater impact on its success. I believe my skill set and success will lead to greater opportunities for growth.Specialties: Extremely adept at hiring and training sales people.
