Plans, organizes, and monitors a variety of contracted work such as street resurfacing, sidewalk or drainage construction projects; building construction; and cemetery construction; coordinates with engineers and contractors.

Responsible for street maintenance, water system, storm water system, public beach accesses, public sound accesses, solid waste contract management, budget and capital planning process assistance, hurricane preparedness and recovery, and building and grounds maintenance.
