In this role I manage the poultry section of the store. I have developed time management skills as well as initiative skills from this role. Working in a set timeline to make the product whilst serving customers has assisted me in developing my time management skills as well as my initiative. I can now effectively time manage in order to complete tasks efficiently and effectively and use my initiative to go above and beyond the role in order to maximise efficiency.

I have volunteered as a basketball coach for 5 years. In this role I coach a team of 8 players aged 14-16 to try and help them improve their skills and win games. During this time I have developed leadership skills and communication skills. Leading my team and communicating with them has greatly improved my ability to use these skills in other situations. I am now confident in being a leader and also confident in my ability to communicate.
