Project Manager - Specialist ServicesI worked within a project team to manage the merging of two business units and as well as the project governance that comes with this kind of change, the role involved deep diving into business processes to understand all the moving parts. With this insight we planned the changes would make the most impact to the customer experience and began designing and implementing new processes and tools.
