Project Engineer Manager
CurrentManage project activity with focus on schedules, design & review, budget & ROI along with implementation and training. Work to create teams based on individual skillsets and areas of focus. Provide training to employees within the department and for new project activities. Interface with multiple departments in the company at both the corporate and plant levels both in the US and abroad. Lead research and development of new equipment and procedures. Company administrator for cloud-based maintenance data management system, run reports and training. Perform role as company TPM EEM Pillar leader overseeing all 7 plant locations.- Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.- Oversee and support facility building, manufacturing equipment and controls, maintenance department & production training support. - Lead company Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efforts in the Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillar.- Lead projects to analyze and improve designs, construction means and methods, materials based on field or changing conditions and new processes. - Assess scope and requirements to make accurate project design determinations for Capital expenditure (CER) projects.
