Instrumental in negotiating a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Panama government and building the project's financial model.• Achieving outstanding results by providing top-tier transportation services for high-value equipment companies by launching a dedicated transportation venture for over-sized cargo. Acting as agent for a leading US firm, managing asset-based operations for various industries. Supervising finance, controller, and accounting depts. as Interim CFO/COO. Securing funding for acquisition of specialized transportation equipment.• Resolving a partnership conflict, and securing financing for a buy-out through negotiation of a settlement agreement. Restructuring systems and processes for finance, operations, and human resources as interim COO and CFO.
