Accountable for overall strategic and operational functions at NFP National Account Services, Inc. (NFP). Additionally, overseeing all service aspects of the organization, which includes underwriting and account management. NFP National Account Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Financial Partners. We are a leading wholesaler of group life and disability insurance services. We work closely with our clients to ensure optimal plan design, most efficient pricing, and best in class administration.Our proprietary cost take-out strategy is designed around a client service model that delivers value where others cannot. NFP NAS will find and extract cost savings on an annual basis, developing client-specific pricing models that perform year over year.

Responsible for overseeing a team comprised of several functional areas. Total responsibility for complete adherence to maintaining profitably and persistency goals on a block of business in excess of $750 million. Charged with knowledge enhancement of the underwriting team. Business owner of the IMPACT team, directly responsible for executing on company wide initiatives with respect to strategy, procedures and process. Acted as business owner for Advanced Underwriter I and Advanced Underwriter II training.

Responsible for managing underwriting procedures and processes for the Northeast district including efficient delegation of quotes and renewals. Accountable for developing strategy on vital quotes and key renewals in addition to assessing and maintaining profitability and growth. Provide training, direction and support to the National Account underwriting team.
