Project Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:- Manage daily delivery of multiple projects ranging from 8 to 10 simultaneous projects. Managing an overall headcount of 30 to 50 testers across different projects.- Gather client requirements and expectations before the start of the project over email and kick off calls for upcoming projects. Perform Test planning at the start and throughout the testing phase of the application as per the client requirements.- Constant video, audio and text communications with clients to address queries and feedbacks and overall updates.- Delegating responsibilities and overseeing the performance and quality across the different projects among the seniors in the teams. Frequent team meetings to ensure the daily deliveries are on track and the targets are met competitively.- Provide feedback to testers on a regular basis to ensure there is clarity in terms of growth of the testers. Responsible for day to day coaching of the testers in the teams.- Providing QA Manager the updates and status of the projects on a regular basis highlighting challenges and achievements of the team.Achievements:- Received client appreciation in most of the projects lead over the entire period.- Won multiple trial projects over the years converting opportunities into live projects that are still ongoing within the company.
