By working with us to hire great people, we donate part of our profits to this scholarship.

Inspired by the Klaus Schwab book 'The Fourth Industrial Revolution I joined the World Economic Forum as a member in February 2022. Klaus' teachings were one of the main reasons I started my business in 2016.The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution is a hub for global, multistakeholder cooperation to accelerate the benefits of science and technology. With Centres in 14 countries around the world, the C4IR Network is working with government, business, academia and civil society to develop, prototype and test pioneering collaborations and governance models to ensure the benefits of technology are maximised and the risks accounted for.As the world undergoes a great reset, our ability to harness and disseminate the new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) will play a key role in ensuring our recovery from the pandemic and the avoidance of future crises.The possibilities of new 4IR technologies, deployed appropriately, should be used as the baseline to reinvent the way we operate in the new context: everything from government services, education and healthcare to the way business interacts and provides value to their customers.However, if not directed with purpose, the 4IR has the potential to exacerbate inequality. Human-centricity, Inclusion and Trust must be key principles guiding action - we must take proactive steps to ensure technology adoption does not heighten abuse of power, bias, wealth disparities, exclusion and loss of livelihoods.Technology will play a critical role in the adoption of stakeholder capitalism and ESG reporting. Whilst technology comes with risks, such as cybersecurity or fraud, it can also provide vast opportunities, such as enhancing education systems, reducing corruption in supply chains or accelerating the adoption of clean energy.

In October 2022, I took the position of CEO of 5Values Consulting Group.My remit focuses on the Mission, Vision, Values, Growth and Purpose of the Group.In December 2023, we hit a significant milestone: after a dedicated two-year journey, we earned our B Corp certification. People Source sold for £24.7m at 8.3x EBITDuring my time at People Source I had some notable achievements- Most successful consultant in company history, established processes throughout the business.- Created accounts with MNC brands in Telecommunications, Mobile Operators, Broadcast, Automotive, Fintech, Security, E-Commerce and Insurance companies.- No.1 Performer for 5 years in a row running at peak 62 contractors personally in 2013 generating at peak £44k WGP (equal to 37% of People Source contractors that year)- My personal overall contribution equated to nearly 31% of People Source T/O for the years 2010-2013.- Led the company in all Social Media and helped in Marketing Campaigns enabling the business to win a number of National Awards.- Built the Broadcast Division from scratch including recruiting and training staff.I left in January 2016, leaving behind a stable business unit and many blue chip clients with over £15k per week gross sales profit working in my BU. Made the final 30 of the BBC Apprentice in 2010, surpassing 275,000 applicants from across the UK.A particular highlight was filling the application form in whilst driving to London for an interview having been urged by a friend to take part.Unfortunately relinquished the opportunity due to an exercise related surgery.
