Support Manager
Current- Managing the critical task of receiving, triaging, and solving user questions and issues;- Work in Agile & Waterfall methodologies; - Working closely with Devs and DevOps specialists to fix critical issues and maintain new features (service requests, bugs, change requests etc.);- Planning releases and coordinating release processes;- Experience supporting web applications with microservices architecture/working with monitoring systems (Grafana); - Working closely with delivery managers, project managers, and product owners to understand client business processes and workflows, as well as their technical experience and capabilities, to ensure appropriate support and training strategies are delivered;- Provide support for hands-on learning and system demonstrations of solutions through in-person or remote training sessions.
