With over 35 years of experience in people development fields, I'm passionate about helping leaders achieve their life aspirations. Prior experience includes nearly twenty-five years with FMI Corporation as a full-time employee and Principal. My responsibilities included being the director of FMI's Experiential Programs, director of FMI's Leadership Institute, and director of FMI's executive coaching services.My focus is helping senior leaders assess and develop their leadership skills through individual coaching and targeted skill development. Credentials include certification as a professional coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation as well as being a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the state of Colorado. Certifications in 360 feedback, Hogan Assessments, Proscan (PDP), Myers Briggs, and The Highlands Ability Battery.
