I developed a new strategy which significantly increased activity across target markets whilst ensuring maximum return on investment. I worked collaboratively with colleagues across the University to drive forward the changes to systems and processes needed to meet our ambitious growth targets. The Europe strategy was shortlisted for a Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Award (THELMA) in 2018. In my final year in post I was given responsibility for meeting challenging recruitment targets for the University’s new Amsterdam campus. Despite a short recruitment time frame and limited product offer, I secured a healthy initial intake which allowed the campus to launch successfully. My experience in establishing a successful overseas campus led to me being promoted to the newly created role of Head of Transnational Education in January 2019. Show less
