Tom Allen began his career in 1984 with a goal of becoming experienced in sales, advertising and client-side marketing. His career started in paper product sales with the Cincinnati, Ohio consumer goods powerhouse, P&G. Tom left P&G to begin to fulfill his goal of learning the fundamentals of advertising when he joined the Cincinnati Division of Young & Rubicam. After six years in the advertising industry he was recruited by the CEO of Skyline Chili to lead the marketing at Cincinnati’s iconic restaurant and grocery products brand. Tom’s final stop in the corporate world was at The Kroger Company where he led the marketing of the launch of Kroger’s billion dollar Simple Truth brand. Tom achieved his goal of becoming an experienced, multi-disciplined marketer, and today lends his knowledge and experience to the clients who engage in the Finding Eureka! Guided Workshop. Tom enjoys working with small and mid-sized organizations to create compelling brand communications that will help make their marketing efforts more effective and efficient. Today, he collaborates with a long-time business associate and friend who has exceptional creative marketing acumen. Together they assist leadership teams and brand leaders by taking them through the Finding Eureka Brand Alignment Workshop which helps them to develop brand communications and a value proposition that will best align their organizations around their true customer-focused benefits.
