• Installation and configuration of IT equipment according to the PO that has been agreed with the client.• Provide installation and troubleshooting documents according to the project being worked on.• Perform maintenance services on the client's IT equipment on a regular basis in accordance with the maintenance contract.• Assist clients in solving problems that occur and make troubleshooting documentation.• Discuss with the client regarding the system that the client currently has, and discuss the development of their system in the future to be better in keeping with the latest technological developments at this time.• Weekly meeting with the internal team regarding project running or under maintenance.• Upgrade knowledge with the principal regarding new technology they have.
