I currently work as a product manager for Service Desk Management, Change, Configuration, Asset and Release Management solutions. I am turning our own designed feature enhancements and special customer solutions into products that can be sold as separate entities to our customers. I am also providing Pre-sales support to ensure that the sales force understand the full potential of our solutions.I am also responsible for the whole demonstration and development facility we have. This facility has evolved, since it was put up by me in 2005, to contain all the products currently available and is capable of handling everything from ad-hoc demonstrations to pilots, for customers worldwide.

I was working with our customers as a Partner Manager to find the best possible solution for their information technology problems. This is done using customers existing, ours and also other supplier’s products, combining them and managing the integration and development process.

My role at LPG included, managing our mobile service brokering platform, working with customers and helping the sales with presentations, demonstrations and training in our products, I also worked with translating the gotten feedback into new features and aiding R&D in implementing them. In addition I worked as a Project Manager for various customer and internal projects; I also managed the flow of information between R&D, customers and sales.

Technology feasibility, design and new product ideas was my responsibility. I left Fujitsu Siemens on my own request, due to family reasons on the 25th of August 1999.

My main responsibilities were to some extent defining but mainly marketing and managing the former Fujitsu and now Fujitsu Siemens, Business and Corporate PC families. My responsibilities also included producing sales stories, technology demonstrations, presentations, whitepapers and datasheets, as well as giving the sales force product and technical training. I also worked as the sales force technical consultant and presented and demonstrated technologies and solutions at different customer events in various countries.

I was responsible for the worldwide pre-sales and technical support for ICL and later Fujitsu ICL computers, displays, network devices and notebooks. My tasks also included; training of the sales force, designing, creating and maintaining the internal Pre-Sales Support Web pages and server. I was also the technical manager in special customer projects.

Kirjansitomo Reijonen gave me a lot of experience in how to start up an operation from scratch. My task was to set up the Helsinki factory, including the recruiting and training of staff, managing the installation of the equipment, designing and creating the computer system needed to run the production and work with the foremen to achieve the best efficiency. I managed 45 people and a production facility with the capacity of over 100.000 books and magazines per day

At DB-Tekno I was managing the production, ordering the raw materials, maintaining, servicing and repairing the production machines, managing recruitment as well as designing and making a production, offer, cost and follow-up -management database software.
