About Tomas Aipanda

I have more than 12 years’ experience in open pit hard rock mining. In that time, I have beenexposed to and lead key mining sections such as drilling, blasting, planning & shiftmanagement. These have given me a complete experience and full command of themining profession and all its facets.The last 5 years have given me an opportunity to lead large teams. This allowed me todevelop and mature in leadership. I pride myself on my work ethics, technical ability andservant leadership which I believe are fundamental in successful mine management.I currently lead and manage a team of 120 employees on the shift, spanning from drilling,hauling, dispatching, ore spotting & breakdown maintenance.
