Proposal and Contract Management),Global Services - Integrated Technology Services Dpt.Working experiences:Leading of complex infrastructure projects of IBM/non–IBM solutions through a whole „project life cycle“:− preparation of responses to RFIs/RFPs,− preparation of cca 100 contracts,− project management (managing of project teams, executing of standard project agenda – project risk analysis, QA management, acceptance, invoicing, etc.),− managing of subcontractors.Projects implemented mainly for the biggest customers of financial, telco and government sector. Realized projects in the following solution areas:− implementation of the infrastructure IT projects, mainly data centers for High Availability production including SAN, Servers, enterprise and midrange Storages and backup solutions,− data migration, data centers consolidation,− complex outtasking – customer IT system administration,− preparation of concepts for long-term system support for customer’s IT infrastructure products.Negotiation with IBM CZ Business partners (contract preparation, prices, SoW, personnel sources, acceptance, invoicing, etc.).
