Tomáš is the founder of a newly created platform focusing on planning and city development, providing innovative and top-quality services for both the public and the private sector. He is a member of international organizations such as CRE and RICS and since 2018 he is the Chairman of the Board of European Chapter of CRE. Currently, he has been working on preparations for the transformation of several major areas in Prague, Brno and other cities in the Czech Republic. He also dedicates to tuition and research in the field of city development at the Faculties of Architecture at the CTU and VUT. As a member of the House of Nations of the Parliament of Czechoslovakia, and as the counsellor to the deputy chairman of the government Tomáš was politically active during the process of radical social and political change at the end of the 1980s (“Velvet Revolution”). From the beginning of the 1990s, he has been involved in the development of the real estate industry in CEE. His previous work namely includes acting as a partner in managerial positions for MEI and B.I.R.T. Tomáš acted as the head of the Strategic Planning Department and was consequently invited to create a new conception and followed through with the transformation of the Prague Institute of Planning and Development. Tomáš was also a member of the expert advisory boards for the preparation of new planning institutions in Prague, Brno and Karlovy Vary.
