Worked in a number of different department and carried out challenging but interesting projects such as:In the Facilities Department I gathered and analysed how employees travel to work to assist the Facilitates Manager in creating a travel to work scheme.In the Accounts Department I created dealer satisfaction surveys for Isuzu, Dennis Eagle, Optare and Molson Coors. I analysed feedback and presented to a Director of TVS Supply Chain Solutions. I also attended two Isuzu dealerships with a member of the sales team. In the Operations Department I managed a project called Investigating Analysing workflows through a Distribution Centre. I was involved in process of deciding which mechanical handling equipment provider TVS Supply Chain Solutions should lease with for the next five years. I visited three mechanical handling equipment providers that consisted of Jungheinrich, Crown and Linde.In the Purchasing Department I ensured that all customers over the couple of years received a letter informing them of the company name change from Multipart Supply Chain Solutions to TVS Supply Chain Solutions. I researched the best that the company can ship goods from low cost countries to the UK and produced a presentation of this to two members of the department. In the Inventory Planning Department I analysed data such as All Time Buys and was involved in imputting data into the system on new business TVS Supply Chain Solutions had secured. I researched different ways the company could caluate safety stock.I visited three of TVS Supply Chain Solutions sites in Crick, Daventry and Bicester. I also attended The Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC in Birmingham.

I started this job straight from high school after doing my school work experience there.This job included being in charge of the washing up and cleanliness of the kitchen equipment.I also worked as night porter and carried out general maintenance to the hotel.I was appointed employee of the month on two occassions.

I made sure the shelves were fully stocked in the main shop, deliver checks, friendly customer service and general store duties.
