Management of the development lifecycle of the group’s core assets including neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres and retail-anchored mixed use developments, as well as oversight of the group’s acquisition and divestment strategy.

As Retail Manager throughout the $500 Million redevelopment of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and during the first 12 months of the post redevelopment stabilisation period my role involved liaising with the Centre’s major tenants, specialty retailers, management departments, development management team, external stakeholders and construction contractor to ensure the retailers and Centre continued to trade with minimal issues.

Responsible for the management of 5 neighbourhood shopping centres, 2 mixed use developments comprising of retail and office space and 2 industrial warehouses with a combined lettable area of approximately 25,000 m2.
