Purchasing included Gloves, Knives, Safety Vests, Overalls, Etc & any mechanical parts needed to repair Buses, Tractors, Harvest Machines, Pick up trucks, forklifts, etc. Would create Purchase Orders to provide to Vendors & then file all invoices in Alphabetical Order by Purchase Order Numbers.

2018-2019 Correctional Officer III: Transitioned inmates back into society. Handled disciplinary hearings & disciplinary actions with inmates. Supervised 18 to 30 inmates in work crews. Assisted inmates with legal phone calls with their lawyers and loved ones. Supervised visitation visits on the weekends. Conducted interviews for jobs available in prison yard such as kitchen, recreation, study sessions and arts/crafts. Mediator between inmates and prison staff to de-escalate hostile incidents. Offered counseling sessions where inmates could set appointments to come abd talk to request assistance from prison services. 2014-2018 Correctional Officer II: Conducted Cell Searches, Recreational Yard Searches. Patted Inmates down to assure they had no illegal or dangerous contraband. Skimmed through outgoing & incoming mail to assure there were no harmful messages being delivered that could be involved with Prison or Street criminal activity to include carrying out assaults, contraband or "hits". Transported inmates from locked down units to hospital & medical health unit.
